I’ve been loving Dear Sugar Radio more than ever these days – my boyfriend and I now listen to it in the car together every week. I also adore Happier (especially their recent series on the four tendencies) and The Lively Show. But when are Serial and Invisibilia coming back!?!?!

We finally finished our ten day juice cleanse! I know, the word “finally” seems like it shouldn’t apply to any ten day period, but you try not eating solid food for ten days and tell me that by the end, “finally isn’t highly appropriate. Both of us agreed that the challenge was more mental than physical, but either way we were so pleased to have some solid food again yesterday. Our week was mostly relaxed because we were juicing – I tried to do lots of reading and writing and a little bit of yoga. This weekend we’re hosting yoga in the park, cooking at home, and hopefully doing a little bit more exploring of this beautiful country after a week spent mostly at home. I hope you have a wonderful weekend too!
