If you’ve been following for a while you’ll know that I normally make these lists on or around my birthday. Well, this year has been a doozy for so many reasons, and it’s taken me a while to get in the zone. Creating a list of fun or new things to do felt impossible at first! How could I have adventures when I’m stuck in my house for the foreseeable future?
Eventually, though, I realized that there is always fun to be had, even in quarantine. So while some of the items on this list are wishful thinking (I have my fingers crossed that the world will be able to reopen before my 30th birthday!), others are things I can do from exactly where I sit right now. I think we need both: the agency to change our lives starting now, and the hope that things will get better soon. So without further ado, here are the 30 things I’d like to do for fun before I turn 30.
