Every week on Friday, I share a list of the most interesting and inspiring content I’ve read lately here on my blog. You can expect thoughts on productivity, happiness, balance, spirituality, politics, and more. Subscribe here to get updates. See archives here.
This week I have been very obsessed with the new Carly Rae Jepsen album, Dedicated. Can’t stop, won’t stop listening!
I was extremely inspired by myself this week because I figured out how to install a ceiling light safely and securely, without being electrocuted! It’s a miracle. Highly recommend trying this yourself if you want to feel like a million bucks. I used a combo of YouTube tutorials and the Ikea instructions.
Last weekend I was lucky enough to visit the Sunday’s Company workshop space and was so inspired to learn more about her process and see all her beautiful products. Everything she makes is thoughtfully produced and full of plant medicine.
I finished reading Digital Minimalism this week and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am already applying lessons I learned from it in my own life. Anything to loosen the grip that my technology has over me!
In case you missed it, this week on the podcast I’m talking about how I read so many books! This was such a fun episode to record and I’m excited to share it with you, in case you want to read more too.
This week was mostly consumed by preparing for my masterclass at Make Lemonade! By the time you’re reading this, I’ll have given the class already so fingers crossed it went well! I was also really inspired this week by offline things: my trip to the countryside with a few pals that was peaceful and restorative, and my Grandma’s 91st birthday party, a little mid-day meetup at the dog park with a friend. These occasions were quiet, but they were super special and I’m happy I got to experience them. This weekend I have a friend’s birthday barbecue and will be spending time with family! I hope you have a wonderful weekend too. xo.
