This week I’ve been reading Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport and I am loving it. His blog is great too.

I watched Russian Doll this week and wow, was it catchy. All I knew going into it was that Gretchen Rubin had talked about it enthusiastically on her podcast and I was not disappointed! Trailer here if you want to know the basic premise.

One million obsessed with this Lizzo song. Whenever I’m obsessed with a song I listen to it on repeat for days, so this has been the soundtrack of my week.

SuperPay looks like a very handy way to request payment if you don’t want to set up a big fancy system. (Also added to The Appothecary!)

Great thoughts from James Clear here on making priorities true priorities. Best quote is the last line: “The most dangerous distractions are the ones you love, but that don’t love you back.”

Over on my business blog this week, I’m sharing how I recently broke down a big project into bite-sized pieces I could actually accomplish.

In case you missed it, this week on the podcast I’m talking about strategies & reminders-to-self to use when you’re having one of those slow, sluggish days.

This week’s gone by in a blink! Last weekend I was feeling dejected about the weather and crazy tired, but the warmer temperatures and sunshine the last couple days have perked me up a bit. I am so excited about my masterclass next week at Make Lemonade (still a couple spots left!), especially now that I’ve finished the content. I also stayed up far too late this week finishing my re-read of the last Harry Potter book – still so good after so long! Better than I remembered. This weekend I’m heading out of town (yay!) to a farmhouse with approximately 20 dogs, aka paradise. I hope you have a wonderful long weekend too! xo.
