This is the kind of mother I intend and hope to be! Part of me even wants to instate this rule among my own friends, lol.
I discovered Amber Rae’s Instagram this week and was instantly a fan! I love her graphics & her wisdom.
Speaking of Instagram, Amy Young gave us a masterclass about boundaries this week in her stories and it was AMAZING.
This morning I made Seth Godin’s smoothie for the first time (he talked about his daily breakfast on Tim Ferris’s podcast once) and damn! Seth is good at so many things! Such a yummy smoothie.
I also tried making bulletproof tea for the first time this week? Weird but actually kind of good.
Reading about Elise’s hand-made projects in progress makes me want to knit again.
I watched The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and liked it a lot more than the book. I was inspired by how attractive Michael Huisman is & their fictional romance.
My mom sent me this video on intermittent fasting this week, and it was super interesting. I’m not eating sugar in March (with the exception of Nurture) and I might try this too, as a fun experiment.
In case you missed it, this week I shared the last episode of season 3 of my podcast! I’ll be back in a couple months’ time, but we’re heading into a busy season and I need that time back.
I spent the week building my Inbox Zero online course, which is almost ready to launch! (Want a sneak peek?) It has been a LOT of work, but I’m so proud of it and so excited to launch it into the world. Other than that, I’ve just been trying to survive the cold, as well as my irritation with the cold…living through Canadian winters can be challenging sometimes! This weekend my family has a hilarious curling competition planned, which I can’t wait for. I hope you have a wonderful weekend too. xo.
