Alternatively, I have a paid Zoom account and have been using it constantly for hangouts with friends and for work. If I didn’t already pay for it, I would have started this month, since it’s only $20 per month and I find it to be such a good investment during this social distancing time.

How are you doing? I’m okay. Things feel surreal and confusing, but I’m just trying to take it day by day. It’s lonely living alone and being in social distancing mode, but I’m making sure to talk to people by phone, set up video calls, and take lots of time for reading and walking outside. Not knowing what’s going to happen is overwhelming, but all we can do is try to stay present and manage our minds. I hope you’re staying well and telling your loved ones that you love them. xo.
