Inspiration February 9 >> Life In Limbo

I think I watched this whole video with my mouth hanging open. The world is such a beautiful place! And I had never heard of this athlete before, but I am so impressed.

Justin Timberlake’s new music video for Say Something gave me chills. What a cool idea for creating music! More of this, please.

I’d seen clips of Justin Baldoni’s TED talk online, but this week I took some time to watch the full thing and was super inspired by his point of view. I really feel like we’re in a big moment culturally, and the topics that he’s talking about here are so relevant and necessary within the larger conversations we’re having.

So moving to look back over Ellen’s career and really remember the huge impact that she has made in the world. (I cried.)

I loved this thread (despite how sad it is) about what palliative children had enjoyed most in life. So much wisdom lives here. Even though these seem like things “I already know”, they’re not things “I always practice.” Time to close that gap.

Laughed so hard at this collection of “new erotica for feminists” because of how spot-on it is. Also kind of hot? Just saying.

How does the head of Buzzfeed News manage technology and work-life balance? So fun and interesting to read the truth from the perspective of his 14-year-old son.

It’s been a pretty good week despite the cold and snow! I went to a candlelit yoga class, checked out an “Ideas Club” with my friends (and had a nice dinner after), went for a couple great walks in the park in the sunshine and spent time reading a great book. Best of all worlds! This weekend I’m eating fried cheese curds at a local brewery, having coffee with a friend who just got back from an epic road trip and hopefully going plant shopping! I hope you have a wonderful weekend too. xo.
