024: Deanne Vincent on Reclaiming Your Body

The Life In Limbo podcast is about building a life you love on the foundation of what’s most important to you. 024: Deanne Vincent on Reclaiming Your Body

It was such a joy to talk to my friend Deanne on the podcast this week about her journey and the kind of work she has come to be most passionate about. In this episode we talk about some of the challenges she’s faced in her life and how they have informed the ideas and philosophies she now carries with her through her coaching, workshops and movement programs. We talk a lot about the mind-body connection and how we can all spend a bit more time tapping into our bodies in 2019.

023: Identity-Based Habits >> Life In Limbo

Today on the podcast, I’m talking about the concept of identity-based habits – how we can start to build better habits by believing different things about ourselves. I’m sharing what I’ve learned about how we start to shift those beliefs, and how I’m using this framework to start to build better habits of my own.

022: Dylan Doyle on Making Time for Fun

Dylan and I have been friends for a long time, and it was such a joy to interview him about his recent ventures into the world of bullet journaling and list-making. We chatted about how adopting a journaling practice and creating ‘bucket lists’ for different seasons helps him be more mindful overall and experience more of what he wants out of his life. Lots of fun inspiration in this episode about how to structure your own regular reflection process!
