The Life In Limbo podcast is about building a life you love on the foundation of what’s most important to you. Each week I chat with an interesting person to explore about how we can stay connected to our personal values, measure what matters most to us, listen to our own voices, and create a life we enjoy. It’s so easy to slip into routines in our daily lives, but when we fall into repetition, we give up some of that intentionality that makes life so rich. A recent experience reminded me that joy, contentment, peace and happiness are actually really easy to attain – so what’s my excuse? This episode is a way of reminding myself that I am fully capable of putting my resources towards things that make me happy rather than putting those activities off until another time. Simple but major shift.
